Kilka dni temu zostałem przyjęty do prestiżowej organizacji ISPWP – skupiającej najlepszych fotografów ślubnych na świecie.
To kolejna po WPJA i DWF międzynarodowa organizacja ślubna do której zostałem przyjęty, jednak przynależność do ISPWP cieszy najbardziej. Dlaczego?
Ponieważ żeby się do niej dostać trzeba spełnić szereg wymogów.
Fotograf musi być doświadczony. Za minimum przyjmuje się 50 ślubów zrealizowanych jako first shooter czyli główny fotograf. Talent na podstawie portfolio ocenia zespół fotografów. Nie wystarczy mieć solidnej strony z wybranymi najlepszymi zdjęciami. Do oceny trzeba przedstawić minimum 3 pełne materiały jakie zostały oddane klientom.
Kolejny krok to zadowolenie par młodych. Organizacja pyta naszych klientów o naszą pracę, uczciwość oraz oczywiście zadowolenie :) Musimy też przedstawić minumim dwóch fotografów ślubnych którzy napiszą nam referencje.
Jednak głównym wyznacznikiem prestiżu jest ograniczenie w przyjmowaniu fotografów do 20 na dany kraj. Gwarantuje to, że fotografowie znajdujący się w organizacji ISPWP to najlepsi z najlepszych :)

PS A żeby nie było, że Polacy to gęsi (parafrazując M. Reja) to informuję, że posiadamy 2 miejsca skupiające najlepszych fotografów ślubnych w Polsce. Te miejsca fo Forum Fotografów Slubnych oraz Forum Reporterów Slubnych. Przyjęcia do nich odbywają się na zasadzie ocen portfolio kandydatów a ja nieskromnie należę do obydwu ;)

Few days ago I have joined the prestigious ISPWP organization – it gathers the best wedding photographers in the world.
It’s another, after WPJA and DWF, international wedding organization which got me accepted to their ranks. However, I’m most happy with ISPWP membership, why?
Because to be able to join, one has to met a range of demands. The photographer has to be experienced. The minimum
is 50 weddings realized as a first shooter (main photographer). Your talent, on the base of your portfolio, is evaluated by a team of photographers. Having a solid site with selected photos is not enough.
For the assessment you need at least 3 full sets of material that you gave to your clients.
Another step is happiness of the newlyweds. The organization asks your clients about your work, honesty and, of course, satisfaction. Also, there is a demand to introduce at least two wedding photographers that are able to write a recommendation. However, the main measure of prestige is the upper limit of photographers who can join. Maximum being 20 for each country. It guarantees that ISPWP photographers are the best of the best :)
