Smooth Ambler Contradiction is a blend of smooth and sweet wheated bourbon with their sourced bourbon. With a signature bourbon nose, this blend is anything but a contradiction-it's a delicious combination with dynamic flavor ideal for both sipping or mixing! Contradiction has a mash bill of merchant-bottled bourbon made with corn, rye and malted barley married with homemade bourbon made with corn, wheat and malted barley. With a majority of the whisky more than 9 years in age, the palate is full of oak, dried cherries, vanilla, and cinnamon with a leather round to the nose. Smooth Ambler non-chill filters this Contradiction combination, leaving a full-bodied feel and flavor with notes of dried fruit and butter rum, all the while tasting like a four-grain bourbon.
