This is a woodturning project kit. Grinder parts only. A LATHE IS NEEDED TO 'TURN' INTO FINISHED SALT & PEPPER MILLS. Blanks, drill bits, and all other turning tools and supplies are not included. Includes (5) PKGRIND12C Antique Copper EZ-Assemble Antique Style Salt & Peppermill Grinder Mechanism Kits. Minimum blank size needed to turn is 2-1/4" x 2-1/4" x 3-3/4"; Requires two different size forstner drill bits, 1" and 1-1/2". Can use with both salt and pepper; Adjustable grind feature allows fine to coarse; Cast metal outside housing. EZ-Assemble mechanism houses all the grinder components in a noncorrosive ceramic grinder capsule; Simply glue the capsule into your drilled through blank; Eliminates the need to drill 3 concentric holes; Also eliminate the need to drill and screw in the tiny holes normally used to mount the grinder base. The EZ-Assemble mechanism is also available in Vintage style in Antique Brass (PKGRIND13B) and Antique Copper (PKGRIND13C).
