We’re returning in Panzanella Ristorante for an intimate evening with Patrimony Estate guided by DJ Rakovic, National Sales Director or Patrimony Estate.
Seated on DAOU Mountain in the Adelaida District of Paso Robles at 2,000 feet of elevation, Patrimony Estate produces some of California's most coveted Bordeaux-varietal wines — made in very small quantities, released by allocation, and built on calcareous clay soils that Daniel and Georges Daou spent years searching California to find.
The evening features four courses paired with six wines — beginning with a DAOU Rosé reception and culminating in a rare side-by-side tasting of the 2021 and 2022 Patrimony Estate Cabernet Sauvignon alongside the main course.
Tickets are $325 per person plus tax and include a bottle of 2020 Patrimony Cabernet Franc to take home.
